Payment Portal
The Ignite Payment Portal provides Lenders with the ability to request loan related and mortgage
payments from Borrowers seamlessly within Encompass. The Ignite application provide a secure
Encompass based payment request and payment execution path to allow Borrowers to make online
payments for loan related fees and interim Servicing payment via a payment portal with transactional
confirmation returned back into Encompass.
The portal leverages a secure sign-on method via passcode authentication. Once on the
portal, Borrowers can elect to pay requested fees at their discretion. Payment status results that
are provided from the Merchant are directly loaded back into Encompass to all your Encompass users
to identify current status of payment request(s).
Upon successful payment completion, Encompass is updated to correctly reference payment status prior
to closing or loan sale.
The Ignite Payment Portal makes paying & tracking loan fees easy & efficient which
simplifies the loan process for both the Borrower & Lender.
